Fertile, enriched by dead organisms, leaves, and twigs

Depends. Average temperature is 75 degrees, can get as high as 86 degrees, and it gets colder in higher altitudes

The Adaptations: Squirrels store food when it is plentiful. Birds fly south for the cold winter. Bears hibernate throughout the winter.
